Over Billing

This company has been actively falsifying our account since day one. They falsified our Business Contract changing it from month to month to three years with penalties. And nearly every month there are false charges on our bill. I have spent hours on the phone with customer service and each time the changes are not made. They increased our fees without giving the 30 day written notice and even backcharged the increases to 30 days prior to the price increase notice.

I have written two detailed accounting letters to the California Distribution Company and left messages without a single response. Today we received a bingo card from the corporate offices in Mableton GA stating this was their third notice (it's the first) and we were going to be sent to collections.

According to my accounting they overcharged us so much that we only owe them $3.23. This company is full of crooks from top to bottom. Do not do business with them. They cheat you with a smile.
