I thought I had won until I got my credit card statement for this month

I was on a website for Homebased buisnesses and GRANT INSTRUCTOR'S add popped up. I was thinking about going back to school so I clicked on it. Like the rest of you I did not see anything about a monthly charge or a terms and conditions box. (I am careful to look for this) I did find an 800# and called. Like the rest of you I was told that I signed an agreement and could not have a refund but they did cancel my account. I immediatly contacted my card company and they said they would look into it. This was back in May. The charge was taken off of my bill so I thought that was the end of it. WRONG I received my card statement yesterday and the charge was back on.

Everyone please be aware of this company. I did not even give this company my card number, I had given it to the site I was on for the homebased buisness. Which is another joke but at least they gave me my money back. I am not sure exactly what LLC stands for but you also need to keep on eye on your phone bill. My husband and I had over $100 worth of charges on it from 4 different companies that "swore" we signed agreements on their websites, which niether of us had ever been too.
