Complete scam, no shipment of order and ignored all contact attempts

Waited a month for order which never arrived and still has not; numerous attempts to contact seller have gone ignored. Further investigation revealed seller used to operate on EBAY as "puretnt" and received numerous bad feedbacks for failure to ship and failure to contact. Apparently if you do not purchase shipping insurance with this seller, she takes it as a que to rip you off with no fear of reprisal!
