A deceptive company! They are crooks! They will take your money anyway victimized many consumers Moorpark

Moorpark, California-based Cardservice International is a part of First Data Corporation, an electronic commerce and payment services. Cardservice International, a wholly owned subsidiary of First Data Corp. (NYSE: FDC), processes every type of electronic payment methodcredit, debit, electronic benefits transfer and electronic checks. Cardservice offers point-of-sale hardware and software for brick-and-mortar and e-commerce acceptance and operates the LinkPoint Secure Payment Gateway.

You would think that credentials like this would be worth something. It's worth nothing when Card Service International takes customers acting in good faith to the financial cleaners. There are several reports already on this site and you would be advised to review them prior to allowing CARD SERVICE INTERNATIONAL access to your valued check or bank account. These people are ruthless and their primary goal and mission in life is to get their hands on as much of your money as possible, regardless of the methods used.

The following letter was written after I found out they were a deceptive company, but it did no good and CARD SERVICES INTERNATIONAL ended up with $140 of my money before I paid my bank an additional $29 to put a stop order on their access to my account.

Sirs: cancel this account immediately. This account was originally cancelled the very next day after opening. You owe me $140 for taking this money out of my account after the account was closed at the rate of $35.00 per month. You had best reverse the $140.00 back to my account as soon as you read this. I am contacting my bank immediately. Should you not reimburse me i first intend to: (1) contact the better business bureau in morepark, ca. (2) depending on what bbb says, file a lawsuit citing the fair trade practices act. I have spoken to one of your clerks (tony at ext#5415) and advised her of this action. This is outrageous conduct on your part. The company who set this up was idi, at-wholesale, an internet store. They guarenteed all would be taken care of. Once you contact them you will see when the account was closed. Failure to do so will result in the widest distribution i can imagine describing what a pack of wolves your company represents.
