Complete rip off

I got a call from this company saying that i was entered in some million dollar sweepstakes and i could get a free watch with some magazines for only 4.60$ a week and i thought hey why not sounds good. Then I gave in my information and they took out money out of my account right away as a "security deposit" kind of thing and i got mad because no one warned me that they were gonna charge me about over 70$ monthly and right away so i called back in afew days to complain and they said that someone was going to call me back. So i waited a couple of minutes and they called me back and i told them i have to pay bills and i do not have that much money at all and they didnt care saying I made a "verbal agreement" and they already told the magazines company to send it out to me, but i can change the magazines at ANY time since i cannot cancel it. Well then I decided to try it I thought okay fine it seems like a lot of magazines for that much money so i signed up in about june, it is now almost september and do you think that i received anything? No i have not. I am planning to give them a call tomorrrow, better business bureau and my bank = (
