Fraudulent company-scam! They take on-line orders and charge credit cards, no response! Stealing money!

On July 31 I made an online purchase of a skin care product in the amount of $50.95 with ceutics central, www.ceuticscentral.com. I received an online order confirmation. I then e-mailed ceutics central on 8/6/08 When I did not receive the product ordered.in the e-mail I simply stated my order number, and asked when I would be expecting my product. No reply. I have made over a dozen phone calls in the days following up to today 8/17/08 calling the number provided 1-866-631-4853. The voice mail picks up after the first ring instructing me that they are helping other customers and to leave a message. I have left several messages reguarding either my product or a refund, both concerned and threatining to take action.

I also have send numerous e-mails stating my dis-satisfaction and how I believe I was a victim of fraud, by them and I would take action. Needless to say I did not receive the product ordered or my refund from ceutics central. On 8/13/08 I contacted my credit card company. I have filled out the dispute form requested by my credit card company, I also cancelled my account and was issued a new card, in which I will need to wait 10 days for (inconvenience!) There were no other charges made on my account by ceutics central, but I felt as though my privacy was violated and my card number was obviously in the wrong hands. My credit card company will hoppefully honor my request and refund my money. I wanted to take further action, as in my opinon I was violated and this violation has made me extremely upset, and unsafe. I do not wish this to happen to anyone else. I hope appropriate action will taken against this FRAUDULENT company/web-store.
