Bad Company to work for San Francisco

I worked for Benefit in their Los Angeles region. I was a full time associate then counter manager. I used to really support their products, because I had been a fan. Using their goods, and working for them, though, are two different things. They constantly had us pushing sales on customers. They sometimes would even force our customers into buying, and then refusing them the right to return or exchange. It's a hard business to work for. They constantly put you down unless you're bending over backwards pushing customers into buying items they didn't need, or even lying to them about what colors were right for them. They had us in other sections of the store pulling customers to our counter day in and day out (which if you work retail, is a long and difficult process) The executives were even worse, they didn't care what it took to get a sale, and so this charming little counter became unbearable. They didn't send any help to you unless you were doing them a favor. Without company/vendor support, any chance of an event was unsuccesful. Do yourself a favor and do not work a company/brand like this. Work for a company where you're supported and backed. Don't force products on people and become rude and unbearable.
