Ordered slippers from Parade Advertisement. They cashed check but no slippers. Sent letter. No response. Sent letter to Postmaster in Champlain, NY. Found company was housed in Canada and used PO Box in NY. Wrote to Better Business Bureau in NY. Finally got a card from company that slippers were back ordered. Got slippers in 6 months.
New Problem: Ordered again, thinking all was taken care of and this wouldn't happen again. Ordered talking watch for $7.95 plus shipping on 11-25-02. It is now January 4 and no watch.
Need Better Business Bureau Address again (Champlain, NY) Will do the process again - but this is the last time.
