Like to commit fraud by telling one year & then charge for three consumer fraud rip-off

My mom order there 3 magazines for 1 year we paid them two months of 49.95 then aprox. 6 monthes later they called stating we owed 349.00 for a subscription that we signed for three years now i know that it was only for a year cuZ my mom kept repeating ehat they said word for word she even ansed that it was only gonna be these two payments of 49.95 that are gonna be taking out of her account not any more ever so it sounded pretty good so she did it

We got the magizines after they got there payments now my mom cancelled her card right after the two payments then all of a sudden at 8 am 6 monthes later she gets a phone call stating she owes them 349.00 now they tell her what magizines they were for she stats that she only signed up for 1yr and that they are a crock of u know what then the next week we got a letter from a collection agancy so i explained to them that she only signed for a year and thatit was only 2 payments of 49.95 for 2 months they state we asked for two years

I told her i was beside my mom and she repeated what they said and that the company cas a fraud the she go to be snooty saying that it was her wrong doing now i was getting heated they threatened to send it to the dA which hasn't happened but hearing that I got up set it brought me to tears since i am pregnant and emotional as it is we even tried to work with them and try to ask if we can make low payments of 20 a month that they woukdn't take just to get them off our backs now i know it is silly to pay but i was desprate

Don't ever use this company for anything they are swindlers that like to prey on anyone with a telephon
