Agree 100% with Monte's Comments! Wish I had seen it before I gave them any money

I agree with everything Monte said. What he describes is exactly what happened to me. Every contact I made specifically stated that Voyager did not help them get their current job, and that they would never have recommended the company. Of course, at that point I was committed and $5000 poorer, so I had no choice but to continue.

What I wanted to add to Monte's testimonial was the devious way they will keep you from being able to come back to get them. During the first phase of your process, you are filling out the personality profiles, your goals and ambititions etc. They spend a lot of effort "pumping you up". Saying things like "you're going to have no trouble at all landing a six-figure job" and "this will be the quickest marketing strategy we've ever done".

Meanwhile, while you are feeling all warm and fuzzy about thier process, they hit you with the customer satisfaction survey. Of course, you haven't even met your first contact, but they make you fill it out anyway. Since you're feeling so good of course you give them high marks. Now when you go back and complain that their "contacts" led absolutely nowhere, they say, "But you filled out this survey that you were very satisfied with us, so how could there be a problem?" Now if you try to contact the BBB to complain they can negate your complaint with your satisfaction survey! Very slick.
