My add took over 2 weeks to print, I was told next day

On july 30th I placed an add to sell my motorcycle in the cycle trader. I paid 49.00 for the add and was told that the add would be in the magazine and the internet the next day. As of this date it is still not in either. My wife was with me when the lady told me this.

After 2 weeks I called and was put on hold for 15 minutes, I called back and was put on hold againfor another 20 minutes before Cia told me no refunds could be made.

I spent 65 minutes getting the old shuffle around to find someone who still couldn't get me to someone in charge.

If I was told in the beginning it would take 2 or more weeks to place the add I would not have placed the add in this magazine.
