Someone please stop this company, Illinois

Hairsisters kcompany does not follow their policy of purchases returns and refunds. They say they will give a certain percent off and they did not, then they threatened to charge my credit card some more just for the fun of it. I think it is unfair that companies have the leisure of stealing money from us and we have to go through a lengthy lawsuit to deal with them while they can just spoil our credit and harass us with collectors for no reason. This company was rude abusive, and do not do what they advertise.
