Instead of resending the hair stuff, we were refunded a ridiculous amount without our consent and nothing else could be done

My friends and I ordered a bunch of things for hairsisters and it took so long to deliver and when it did it was sent back. We tried calling them to let them know what else could be done for us to get it back and we were told it'll cost an extra $10 to resend it.instead of resending the hair stuff, we were refunded a ridiculous amount without our consent and nothing else could be done! We were told to re-order! Being the first time I used it, it was a very painful experience.
