Unable to repair. Rude on the phone. Claiming i dont know what Im talking about

About a month ago my Ipod stopped charging, so I sent it out to Cyber Test, Inc. When I got it back it said it was "Repaired and quality tested". All they did was simply put in a new battery. They never went and tested to see if it would actually charge or not.

The next day I called them up just to be put on hold several times. They asked me stupid questions like was my computer in stand-by mode when I tried charging and so on. My Ipod is still trying to charge as I type this, It's been plugged in for about three days now and if anything it has died a little. They treated me like I was lying and just trying to be unsatisfied. Similar to the unsatisfied person at a restaurant that says there steak is cooked enough and than is over cooked.

I hung up with them after being on the phone for over 40 minutes (mostly on hold). I called the main warranty company about the "no lemon policy". If there unable to repair or exchange I get my money back through a Target gift card. I than found out that it needs to be sent in a second time and than I get the gift card. I don't get it, If they couldn't properly fix it the first time and treated me like I was the stupid one, what makes them think they can actually "fix it".

Anyways I posted this because I have heard others getting ripped of by them. I have yet to be, but they did steel my time by doing incomplete work.

Well anyways that's were I'm at right now, just waiting on the "second" box to come. Which will make it about three months since I was able to enjoy my Ipod. I will update this more as it proceeds.
