Owner of Temecula branch knowingly ripping off customers and employees!

The owner of Astro Events of Temecula, Anastacio "T" Mahoney, is knowingly ripping off employees and their customers.

The company has a driver that delivers the bounce houses to parties and special events. He drives over 200 miles a weekend. The owner only pays him. 32cents a mile (roughly around there). The state law requires drivers to be paid. 485 cents per mile. Someone else in the company has informed him, but his answer is, "Well this is what Corporate pays." Corporate is also in CA and if that is the case, they are in violation as well. The driver also, doesn't get paid to deliver consession stands either. When the Temecula branch first opened up, drivers would get paid for evey piece of item that was delivered. Now the owner stopped paying thedrivers for consessions!

Also, They had a customer service rep/booking agent working for them since day one of their business. She was talked about at corporate meetings as being the best booking agent, as she has placed #1 in the entire corporate in booking packages. After the owners keep adding more and more responsibility on her duties (and not getting paid for them) she finally told them that she is putting in her 2 week notice and was quiting. They first told her that she forfeited her commissions when she quit. Then she threatened them with Labor Board action. She was paid her last check, but the owners put a stop payment on the check, blaming her that she had a binder with company information in it. Yet another reason to cheat the employees and keep the money.

If you are a customer (past or present) start asking questions about prices. Believe me there are other jumpers you can rent, and for cheaper.
