Gift Card Rip Off

I purchaed a gifet card from Ajna Day Spa in Temecula for my wifes Mothers Day gift in 2011. I was deployed with the Marine Corps at the time serving an overseas tour. When I came back I found out that my wife did not want to use the girt card. No big deal right? Wrong!!! The day spa has refused to give me a full refund of over $250. They said because I didn't have the original gift card that I can't get a refund.

This doesn't make sense to me because all they have to do is void out that gift card. After numerous phone calls and threatning to turn them into the Better Business Bureau they have still refused to refund my money.
The day spa owner and manager were not helpful and very rude. They told me that I was harassing them. I don't think I was sense I was just trying to get refunded my money for the gift card.

Don't ever use this day spa. This is not how a business is supposed to be run and the employees and owner are very rude.
What's relaxing about going to a spa where they treat you like number and not a customer.
