FRAUD Nutritional Web Site... Takes your money and you NEVER get the items, and there is NO WAY to get in touch with them!

I was searching for a particualr brand and flavor of whey protein at the best price when I came across this website. It had a ton of prodcuts, I found what I needed, and the price was right. When I ordered the items, it did not tell me they were out of stock... ONLY AFTER the company charged my credit card, and told me the items were being shipped, did I track the order to find it was "temporarily out of stock" which might as well read "permanently out of stock"!

I sent an email request to find out where my stuff was, to no avail. I tried calling, but only got a voice recording saying all their reps were busy. I sent a second email expressing my frustration, and still nothing. I tried calling again, and the 1-800 number is a busy signal, and the local Florida number is no longer active! What a shocker.

The irony is how the web site lists all the protective services it offers to the individual to protect identity and CC fraud, that it is a safe hacker free site... Only that THEY themselves are the fradulant company that take your money and do not provide a product! I have ordered off the internet hundreds of times over the years, and never have been a part of something like this. The most frustrating is not being able to get in touch with someone to complain. And, that this problem has not been addressed yet!!!
