TwoPenny Rental promotes themselves as "the 48 hour placement specialists".in fact, they place tenants, steal the security deposit and first months rent, and disappear. They then refuse to return phone calls and e-mails. Although the evidence to support the following claim is mostly circumstantial— they are said to actually create physical damage to properties in order to rack up clean-up fees. They fail to provide a verifiable business address, and move from one property owner to the next— eluding civil action.
