This company needs to take a look at it's workers and listen to us. We are the backbone of this company working as hard as we can to run the best parts possible on lines that are way back in the times.
We are told turn the speeds up, lied to, ignored and everything else. We are told their is gonna be a mass lay off and we drive by to see a parking lot full of cars with co workers telling us that the p. Manager told them to LIE ABOUT WORKING when we seen his car in the parking lot!!!
We are told that we can all advance to p3 operators and that isn't happened yet. We are told that its ok to have a smoke break if our line is running ok then we are told we are not allowed and the stupid rules are posted again after the plant manager said something else to us.
We are told we can smoke whereever just like the p. Manager does then we are yelled at for doing it but he still does. We are told its ok to drink whatever we want then the water bottle rule is back after a year and the water things are a moldy mess.
We are people working to support our familys and have a life. We deserve the truth and how can we follow rules when they keep changing? One day its ok to do something and the next day it changes but the p. Manager thinks its ok to tell us bull*!!! Everything is our fault all the time.
Why can't we get honest answers? Treat your employees like they matter. We are NOT dirt and we deserve the truth.
Everyone thought T.R. Was a big fat liar but it is 100 times worse now!!! At least T.R. Followed the rules that he sat in place for us and didnt keep changing them just to make us feel like fools. And when he told us lies it took a while for us to realise he was lieing to us so we didn't feel as stupid as we feel now.
This place isn't gona make it any further than Omega did if things don't change because we have had enough.
