Lies, Rules Change, Admission by staff, Badmouthing customers, Saying customer's money doesn't matter

I wrote a message on a message board on howrse asking a question. I didn't word it very well and immediately people began saying it was a rant and that rants were not allowed. I read the rules and reread the rules and saw nothing in there about a rant. I also used a word search to search for the word in case I had missed it. Still there was nothing. I rered what I had written and it didn't come off as a rant to me so I searched dictionary.com for the word rant and pasted the definition in response to the people saying it was a rant. It clearly didn't fit the definition of a rant. However even if it had. I'd searched the rules three times and there was no rant rule. A mod locked down my topic and then proceeded to give me a warning about the no rant rule. I responded to them that there WAS no rant rule and even copied and pasted the rule directly from their board.

An anonymous user had been invited into an MSN conversation by one of 4 mods on the game. They thought that the person was another mod. The person didn't know at first what was going on and so they just watched.

In the conversation I as a customer was refered to as a 'snot'. One of the mods said a bit later into the conversation that I was right. That they had looked and looked and couldn't find the rant rule. One of them said to add it back in and tell me that the rules were finite and refer me to the Contact Us and then to ignore me.

I had mentioned to the mod who'd locked me down that I had spent 50 dollars in two months on their site and had planned in less than 5 days on spending yet another 44 dollars there but that I had changed my mind over this and wouldn't be spending another dime with them.

Someone in the log said that they had made 3 million off of the fresian unicorn release which had happened recently in the past and stated. "Like her pocket money matters." There were other statments wherein all customers were called names like Idiot... And insulted by various things being said such as it was amazing how we (the customers) were "so much fun with that self entitlement".

The person they had accidently invited into their conversation spoke up in the end and told them that they had given me a copy of the conversation. I took it, I read it, and I was so furious at what had been done. The proof that I had already figured out about them going and changing the rules on me and trying to punish me for a rule that HAD NOT been there. One of the mods even say "I had to stop myself there coz I was gonna up the b* for questioning my integrity". This is one of the people who changed the rules to make it look as if they were correct in issuing me a warning for something that wasn't posted.

They try to use the fact that the AUP says that the rules can be edited and changed at any time at their discression. That's true. But a rule that's added after an event cannot be used to punish someone who'd done something breaking that rule BEFORE the rule was there. Now I have put the truth of the conversation which is tracable. I have full permission from the person who gave me the log that their MSN can be searched and the log retrieved from them if need be.

These people. The people of this company are trying to force me to take down my website which exposes the TRUTH of their actions. Having me permenantly banned from their website is not good enough for them. They feel the need to come and try to take away my right to speak out against them for what they've done. What they are still doing. I want justice.
