Hidden Monthly Fee, no refund policy, difficult to close account

Open an account under their trial period, try the service for a day and find it really doesn't help an individual (seems more business oriented). Opening the program to close, a screenshot gives instructions how to continue the service (default being service will close automatically). BUT IT DOESN'T and they continue to charge $15.99/month.

There is no option online to close the account, you have to call.

Upon calling (25 minutes on hold across three different people), it's a fight just to get the account closed and stop future charges, then they claim it is company policy never to provide refunds and therefore will not credit posted charges. So it goes to the credit card company to resolve.

Operating in bad faith, bad business.
