Taken advantage of in trying times

I spoke with Lauran Miller at Actrade International on or about June 9. The conversation was pertaining to a loan of $70,000. I was told that I would have to pay $5,000 for an insurance policy prior to getting the loan. About a week went by and the loan amount was revised to $60,000 and the amount for insurance was revised to $4,000.

The $4,000 was to go to Cardif Pinnacle Insurance Company. Once the insurance company received the funds and they were verified, then the $60,000 would be wired into my account.

On June 26 I received a Letter of guarantee via fax stating that I would be receiving $60,000 along with a grant in the amount of $2500.

This Letter of guarantee is signed by Jim Kaskle, Senior vice President.
