Yes, this company assured me I was approved for a $10,00 loan. Since I didn't have the funds to pay for the insurance to guarantee the funds they were going to find a lender that would pit that up for me. They found DeMarco Insurance that put up the $2500s that was needed to insure my loan. I was so excited because I had gotten approved and none of the starting funds came out of my pocket.

Later, I would say about two weeks later the funds from DeMarco showed up on my credit card (which was a requirement to get insurance coverage). I called and let them know my credit card company put the funds on hold until they were verified! Jason Grant who was my loan rep said that was fine.

But about a week later I had to call Jason back because the insurance check bounced! Jason stated that the insurer withdrew the funds because my credit card com pany was taking to long to release the funds and if I wanted the loan I would have to the insurance funds out of my own pocket! If I had that kind of money I wouldn't be asking for a loan! Jason stated loan was still open just would have to secure on my own. I was so pissed and hurt because you told me one thing and behold a slap in the face.
