Ripoff Fraudulent use of my checking account

America Online ripoff Fraudulent use of my checking account. Making unauthorized withdrawing from checking account. Unaware and non-accessible of 2nd account.

I signed on with aol for the free trial offer in june. I decided to upgrade to 7.0 after approximately one month of service. The upgrade created another account that i was not aware of until 6 months later as aol deducted 95.60 from my account. When i discovered this error i called aol and i was told that they could not give me back the money and could only give me credit for 2 months.

My checking account is used only for auto insurance and aol. As a result of this unaurthorized atm use, my auto insurance will be unpayed and I will be paying 22.00 insufficient service fees to the bank.

I am currently unemployed and i have a family to support. Thanks to aol's dishonesty, sneakiness, and back stabbing tactics my christmas was tarnished. The deduction took place on December 23 for $95.60 last month on november 29 and previous months i have always faithfully paid 23.90

I feel that something must be done with this ripoff scheme. I also checked to obtain access to the other acount and i am unable to use it. I don't understand why i was charged for an account i cannot use.
