Horrible Customer Service, and Misrepresentation of Their Ability

This company has all of my household goods and $900.00 of my money. They have stopped taking or returning my calls, and have no interest in the fact that they have the power to ruin people's lives and scar personal relationships with loved ones. They were supposed to move my things to Louisiana. They are in NJ. Now I am here, and I have nothing. I have learned a real lot about moving to another state and using a mover.

Please! Everyone! Do your homework before you turn all your possessions and a considerable amount of money over to any moving company. If they will not come out to your house to give you an estimate-stay away. If their agent will not give you their first and last name, stay away! Go and vist any moving company's physicall ocation. See if they are really who they say they are! Ask them if they will be doing the move, or if they are sub-contracting the job. I made a ton of mistakes with these people, but the biggest one I made is that I trusted them.
