Two young blacks, girl and boy selling magazine subscriptions as "independent contractors". One was Kendra Peacock, printed name on receipt. I did not subscribe but donated $28. To help them. Ha! Then I did a web search and found the scam reports! They supposedly represented Universal Subscription Agency, Inc. P.O. Box 15187, Chesapeake, VA 23328 and phone: 757-818-9497. I called, no answer. Then I looked them up on the web and found the scam reports. Thus I felt foolish and taken. What to do except place this report and call the police.

How do I get my $28 returned?
