This company set up a stand in our local k-mart setting up appointments to have vintage black & white photographs taken. We scheduled an appt for the following weekend and paid the first part of the charge.

We went in for our appointment and thought the photographer was great. He was a very nice man and seemed to take very good pictures. At the time of the sitting they tell you that your special will be the first pose taken. So we made sure that was the one that the whole family was in.

After about two weeks we received a post card in the mail that stated our pictures were ready and we could come pick them up on May 9 between 2pm & 4pm. Well both my husband and I work at that time so we tried calling the 800 number only to be told that was the only day and time we could pick them up. So my husband takes off work for a little while and goes to get the pictures we had to pre-pay for. When he arrives at the store they don't have the special that was in the order which was a 16x12 and gift wallets. They had every other pose available to purchase extra but not the one with the whole family in it. Of course at this time my husband was a little disappointed but he spoke with a Kim who said she would re-order the pose and make sure we get some extra wallets just for inconvenience and that we should have them in about 4 weeks.

Well this is now July 30th and we have yet to receive our pictures that we have already paid for. After repeated calls to the company almost weekly we have gotten nothing but the run around. No one has been able to tell us anything about our pictures. One person we talk to will say they have been mailed, the next person says it is still at the lab and they should have it back shortly. As of today they are telling me again that they have mailed out what the original package was on Friday and nothing else as promised and that we should have them by the end of this week.

The only thing I can say is stay away from this company at all costs. They do not understand what customer service is or how to keep there word. I have talked to almost every customer service representative they refuse to let you talk to the managers, or even give anyone's name that is higher up in the company to try to conatct. We have gotten nothing but the run around and are very discouraged at this point. I would NEVER DEAL with this company again no matter how good the deal was or how much any one paid me to. I will let you know if we every receive the pictures but I still am very doubtful about that fact.
