Richard Hargus and Michael Gill promised to help me with my IRS audit with an up front fee of 2,500. They strung me along for 7-8 months and then went out of business. I actually drove to Seal Beach at the address they provided and it was a Fed Ex store. The gentleman who worked there knew the names of Richard and Michael and said that a lot of people stop in looking for them. If anyone knows there where abouts or if this is even their real identity please let me know.
