The owner has always looked to rip you off

As an ex broker at this office I was amazed as well that the owner of a business brokerage company had and still has no clue about how to sell a business. Not only does he not have a clue he is always afraid that someone is going to rip him off because he is always out to rip you off.

Business practices are if it is good for us then do it. If we lose money off the deal then don't do it. I should know I am still owed thousand of dollars in commmission.

Don't go to work here, don't list your business with this Sunbelt office. There are excellent Sunbelt offices across the country, but the New Orleans office has been an eyesore for the overall franchise for the last 10 years, even before Katrina.
