Keeps credit card on file years after cancellation and continuously trying to scam me

Today they have called me and I didn't answer. I have filed complaints with the Do not Call list because I am registered on there. After internet research I realize it is this Raven Media who I ordered a grant research cd from many years ago. Then after the trial, i canceled my account. They are supposed to remove my credit card information after my account is canceled, but they have called numerous times in the past year.

The first time they told me they have a gift card they will send me as a thank-you gift, but i must pay for shipping and i must sign up for some trial. That time i said they can send the thank you gift, they didn't tell me about the trial or shipping until after, and i had to argue a lot to get them to cancel what they were about to do.

Then soon afterward. Another person called for the same reason, I told them I do not want it, they want to argue too. Then others called i told them i know what it is they will say, and i do not want it. Every time they are rude. I have told them I'm not interested and to take me off their list, but they continue to harass me. I think they should be arrested for not keeping their end of the bargain and continue to keep trying to scam people. Today, besides filing a complaint with DoNotCall. Gov i have also filed with the Better Business Bureau because the company refuses to take me off their list.
