No customer service, no answer, no resolution

I have been acustomer for 4 years. It took 2 months for them to finally get the equipment installed properly.

Small problems. Most of them fixed til now. Going to keep it simple here:

All of a sudden I can't order PPV. Months of calls, many tech, dumb excuses (even that it "won't work with HDTV".. Please). First they say its the phone line. Not. Them more crazy excuses. Each one fails to resolve issue.

Finally tech comes out. Says its the modem. New receiver comes.

Tech installs new reviever. Still no PPV, but now it says that I have reached my "limit". Limit?

Call CS/tech support. Talk for an hour with two (maybe, they sounded EXACTLY alike) reps. Both dumb as rocks. They tell me my limit is reached. When asked waht they mean by "limit" they refuse to answer.

1: Account has NEVER had unpaid balance—account is PAID IN FULL!
2: Account is on autopay with card having HUGE limit
3: Account is currently (and has always been) PAID IN FULL
4: Card is current and not expired till 2010
5: Past PPV charges have just been billed to card and PAID IN FULL
6: Not a single charge over monthy fee since Feb
7: Account is PAID IN FULL and Dish has access to payment source
8: Did I mention that my account is PAID IN FULL? My balance is $0.. I reached my limit?

EACH time I asked what they meant. Expressly..."do you mean that I have a $200 limit over the life of my account or a monthly $200 limit?" The response was "You have a $200 limit." OMG! The first possibility is stupid... The second does not exicst since I have CAN"T order!

Letters to corporate get no response. What is the problem here? A CUSTOMER WANTS TO SPEND MORE MONEY WITH YOU! Maybe that is the problem... I shoudl spend my money with someone else!
