Raven Media Ordered free CD for 2.29 S&H, got billed that plus $39.95 for a search

I ordered a Free CD for 2.29 shipping and handling. I installed the CD but was not able to access any of the four items on the main menu. I received my Credit card bill and had a charge for 39.95. And no information.
