ZPDI ripoff fraudulent billing

I usually pay $40 for my local phone bills for the last 4 years. Starting last month, I'm getting add'l charge from ZPDI and USBI for $500 each month.

My phone provider, could not do anything about it. They said that I have to call those company to dispute. Yeh, right— doesn't want to do anything. They can't even block the charges.

Itemized calls:
The calls happened on the same day, difference times. One destination phone number per company.

They are collectors representing differnce phone company.
ZPDI (1888-506-0734) represent OPTICOMM.
USBI (1800-460-0556) represent ONE CALL COMM.

I called them separately, waited for long time, both toll free numbers round up to the same company, same operator too (ZPDI) &lucky me—.

After a short complaint, the operator gave me a dispute for a full amount. Not too bad. I then had to call my phone company for disputing those charges out of my phone bills.

Funny things is the phone company doesn't do anything to help you. They know the companies are fraudent, but still let them charge their customers.

Imagine—if they blocked all the charges from them. After a few try, they will leave. That's not the case.

Additionally, non of these company can give me information about the numbers that show on my phone bill. Smelly —right?
