Ripped off by one click furniture

In February I ordered a dinette set from this company in the amount of $1200. They stated I would receive my furniture in six to eight weeks. When it didn't arrive, I contacted them in April. I was informed that it was on back order and I would receive it at the end of May. Of course it never came, I contacted them again and was informed that it would be delivered by June 30th. I told them that was not acceptable and that I wanted to cancel the order. They were very friendly about canceling. However, getting my money back was another story. They stated they could not return my money back to my bank account because of a terminal issue.

When I went to my bank, they could not help because ninety days had passed by this point. I demanded a check which for some reason could not be sent out until June30th. Of course no check. Once again I contacted them and was told it would be sent on the 15th of June. I even called on the 15th to make sure it was sent and I was told yes. Now its July 25th and still no check. I spoke on the phone and through e-mail with a woman name Suzie. Well she is nothing but a liar and should burn in hell for what she is doing to myself and other people. I am seventy five years old and always wanted a nice dinette set but could never afford one. My children threw me a 75th birthday party and that it where I got the money to buy one. No dinette set and no money.
