Deceptive company dropped calls never received rebates deceptive practices

Since signing on with Sprint PCS, I have had issues. 1st, I never recevied my rebate, they state they never received it and since they need the original receipt to process, I obviously don't have it b/c I mailed it.
2nd, It is impossible to get a call out, when you hit send it cant find an open line rd, Calls are always dropping on me 4th,

I live in the loop in Chicago and work there as well, I am 5 blocks away from work and a block away from the Sears tower. I cannot get a signal on my phone in my place. I can get a roaming one however.

Since they refused to let me cancel the contract (unless I pay the $150 cancellation fee) they offered me a service for $10 a month I can use another network and roam. I went online and processed this. Next to the description of the service there was not a "learn more about this service" link like all the other options did.

Little did I know and it was never communicated in writing or verbally, this was only for 50 minutes. I now have a $215 phone bill plus the $150 cancellation fee (which I feel I shouldn't have to pay due to not knowing how bad the service was in the 1st place, all I had to go by where their commercials "about their all wireless nationwide clear network") I want to sue and am hoping there is a lawsuit in place that I can join on to. To everyone out there, dont get Sprint unless you want to be burned badly.
