Anyone who even thinks about using CIS worldwide -buyer beware! What deceivers. They lead you to believe that your 'one' time purchase is all you will have to spend. Be prepared to dig deep into your pockets.

What info I obtained was no more than a person could get by just calling the records dept. Of their city or county jail, and some info could be obtained at the library!

Oh, don't bother asking for a refund, this company squeaks when they walk. Just kiss that forty and much more Good-bye.

One thing you can do is file a report against them. Don't let scam artists like this keep painting such a pretty picture.
