Product failed after two miles

They offered me directions I can not follow. Nowadays I talked with Frank Minero there who informed I really could return it to get a third of the price plus delivery. I told him I anticipated an item that will operate significantly more than two kilometers. He explained "our items are highly-discounted and also you closed an arrangement abiding by these conditions." I talked with him for 10 units and he declined to locate a method to assist me create the scooter function or trade it to get a working scooter.
