Fraudulently did not disclose $49.95/month charge

I ordered a "free" Cd on how to sell on Ebay. The only charge was $3.95 for S&H which was charged to my credit card. There was no mention of the $49.95/month charge to my credit card unless I notified them not to. When I noticed the charge to my account & contacted the company, I was told that there was information on the $49.95/month membership charge in fine print on the ad. I immediatly told them to cancel the membership (?). I do not remember seeing this information & accessed their website to see what it said. At first it said that they were giving away their Ebay launch kit free (for a limited time) with no mention of the monthly charge. I printed this page & then later again accessed their website. It displayed pretty much the same information but the 2nd time it disclosed the monthly charge.
