Sends publications without approval and then you can't turn them off

Someone calls and tells you they are giving you a free subscription to their supervisors safety bulletin and even though you say you are not interested they start coming in the mail. Then you get an invoice, without a phone number or anyway to contact them. So you write on the invoice did not order please cancel, but they never stop coming. Then one day you start getting two orders of what you never ordered in the first place under a different account number and now you have a double problem. I have been returning the packages unopened for some time now, but even that is not a deterrant to them. I finally found a phone number and called and they still keep coming. I called again today 7/22/08 and we will see what happens this time. I am going to assume nothing as that has been the pattern so far.

If this company calls you, don't say a word, just hang up.
