Sent an invoice for publications not ordered or approved

Our business received an invoice requesting $264.00 from Progressive Business Publications. The invoice said it was requested by the owner of our business, but in reality this never happened. They said they have already sent 4 issues. They list no phone number, web address or contact information. If problems arise, they say, "if you have any problems please let us know on the portion below.

These publications were never ordered nor approved by any of the management staff, especially the owner. We immediately "Googled" this company's name and found your website.
