Won't prove they paid my property taxes

This company needs to be stopped!!! My personal beef with Homecomings is that they did not pay my property taxes on time due to both installments being due at the same time (tax nightmare in Indiana). I called after discovering that my taxes were not paid in full eventhough We made sure that the full amount was in the escrow at the time of our refinance. When I called them to find out why I was told "It is our policy to pay in May and October" Evidently no one knows how read the tax bill that they received. I was also told that a payment was scheduled for May 10th, a few days after I called the first time, which took an hour to get the man one phone to understand what I was talking about.

I called again a couple weeks later after seeing that they had made a payment for my taxes, but not the late fees that were aquired for not paying it when it was due in January. They did not know or care what I was talking about and got the run around until I hung up in disgust.
I then called my County treasures office to see if they actuall received the payment and they said "No". So the treasures office told me what Homecomings had to do to be able to find the payment, so I called Homecomings back and they refused to do it.

Now I am stuck not knowing what to do. Homecomings is refusing to work with the treasures office or me.in the mean time I'm expected to pay my mortgage like a good citizen when they are putting my house at risk of being sold from underneath me at a tax sale.? Could someone please help me!!!
