Ripoff charging me more for taxes than i pay per yea

Dear Sir i am leaving my home because homecomings is charging me more for taxes than i pay a year my city taxes are not due until the following year they paid my taxes and added it to my adjustable rate before i have time to get my taxes at the begining of the year say taxes are due 10-07 but not deliquent until 02-08 they do not give me time to pay the taxes when i recieve my federal income taxes my payment went from 1091 to 1330 and i have an adjustable rate. So in a few months they will charge me more and my payments will go up every 6 months also and we are on a fixed income They have added so much to my payment until I have continously been behind and can not refinance because we have only been here goiong on 2 years in1 and 1/2 years my payment has went from 1091 to1340 and will go again by 97 in july. This company is a rip-off and I feel that it is unfair to us as consumes because you sign up with one loan company and within days you is sold off to this company without no rules or their policy practice I feel that homecomings should give you the option of whether or not you want them to buy your loan the company you start out with should be the one you keep for atleat the first 2 years
