WPS (Webster, Penning And Swift)
They take your money - -Give you a roof - -and then they get lost!

I have really tried to give WPS (Webster, Penning & Swift) the benefit of the doubt, but all I keep getting is empty promises and broken deadlines. This company is run by Mark Webster, Scott Penning & Christian Swift. At first, I thought that this was going to be a company of action because two days after they cashed my deposit I had a brand new roof. I assumed that the remaining work on the contracts would be completed just as quickly and professionally as my roof. Boy, was I wrong. Months passed by and I became concerned, because all of my neighbors were having their homes completed in a timely fashion by other companies. Finally I decided to contact Mark Webster to see when he would be able to have the other jobs completed for my home. To my surprise, Mark's cell phone which is also the companies phone number was disconnected. A phone being disconnected is NEVER a good sign especially when you have paid a person a hefty deposit and they haven't completed the work. The very next day, I received a knock at my door from a concerned neighbor. Her name was Lavern. She shared her story with me and it sounded all too familiar... The story goes... Mark sells his company to you... You sign the contract... You pay his company a nice deposit... You get a nice roof... And after that point... You get nothing... Absolutely nothing! She gave me some advice on some things that I could do to make sure that no one has to be victimized by this company again. So, I hope to all of you that are reading this complaint that you will take the advice of Lavern and I and hire a contractor that won't steal your money and disappear. Truthfully, I am surprised to get such poor customer service from a company that stands by the slogan... We Promise Satisfaction... I just want you all to know that I am NOT satisfied and you won't be either if you give your business to this company...
