Debits have been taken from my account monthly each time 21.04 sterling i have no idea why

I have had debits coming out of my account for some months now from rknethelpcom but have not noticed untill now i have no idea what they are for and have never heard of this company before. Debits have also been taken out of my bank puting me over my overdraft from this company as i had know idea this was going to happen encurring charges from my bank. I have recently spoken to my bank acccount to stop these payments but they have informed me they are not set up as a direct debit so can't do anything about it and must inform the company to stop them. As mentioned above i have know idea what these are for.

Please can you look into this for me most of all to stop these charges and to claim back the money i have lost and stop this happening to anyone else
