Fraudulently restarted child support garnishment using altered and outdated court orde

My child support payments ended Oct. 31 by court order. My son is 21 born 1/27/85. I work for the Veterans Administration and my wages were garnished for child support until he was 19 and a half.

Recently my ex's (Julie Clark) current lawyer Craig Finta or her first lawyer Terese Tamaro (Both work for the same firm) submitted an altered old court order from 2002 to the state of California Disbursment Unit which started to garnish my wages again for $212.53 a month.

I requested a copy of the order form the Dept of Defense (the DOD is the pay system for the Veterans Administration) which clearly shows that it was altered with white out. I submitted the most recent order which states that my child support payments stopped 10/31/06 but was told by the California Disbursment Unit that I would have to go back to court to get another order to stop the garnishment even though I already have an order in place stating as to when my child support payments stopped.

I will now have to figure out the Contra Costa County family Court system since I cannot afford another laywer and take at least two days off from work in order to fill out and file court paperwork and also go to court.

Any suggestions or help wil be greatly appreciated.
