Esbi tried to rip me off also, i have read hundreds of reports where they have been successful, if you want to get your money back the best way is to report them to your state attorney generals consumer affairs office, thats what they do, it worked for me, even though i received no product or service they will not handle it as theft, but the Federal Trade Commission Consumer Response Center will take your complaint as wire fraud you can report them toll free at 1-877-382-4357, so come on people don't just sit there get you money back, and get in touch with the FTC and help them take care of Enhanced Services Billing Inc.
