This company is a fraud> they told me i won $1,530, 000.00 New York New York

I received a email from this company telling me that i won over one million dollars. However they asked me to provide a credit card number to subscribe with them. I knew right away that this was not real. Everytime I tried to contact them its as if they have an automated email which keeps sending the same list of questions and answers.

I am very upset about this and would like to know if there is any way to sue this company. They are giving false information and they have my contact info which i do not want on they're web site.
I would like to take legal action against this company.
