Anderson Crenshaw & Associates Attempted to collect a bill not owed offered to settle for 1/2 amount, used demeaning language

Received a phone call from these folks pretending to be lawyers trying to collect a "past due bill". Could or would not provide the name of the company claiming that we owed the bill. Finally named a "billing company" that we had never done business with as the company we owed money to. Said it was for monitoring service.

They attempted to use intimidating language to scare me into "setteling the bill".

ACA still will not provide an invoice or proof or any paperwork indicating WHO, What, When, Where or WHY I owe anybody any money.

I have flatly denied that I owe them anything several times.
