Unauthorized credit card charges by several companies which may be related to each other

I visited a grants website and ordered their Grant Master CD which was supposed to be free, only shipping of $1.29. I have since been charged by this company an additional $1.00 and then $39.95 all on different days in June 08. The phone number listed on my statement is 800-479-0979. I intend to call them on monday. I can't even use the CD because it's formatted for Windows and I have a Mac - if i had known about this, I would not have ordered it...

In July I have been charged by Business Funding Success $7.95 for "services" - I had downloaded a "free" e-book and have received multiple newsletter style e-mails from this company, headed by David Gass, which I have since unsubscribed to. I intend to call their company at 702-732-3095 on monday. I did not give them a credit card number, they had to get it somewhere else.

I was also charged $9.95 this month by a company called NW-AG.com, which is a virtual software company I have never heard of (Network Agenda) nor have I ordered anything from them. There seems to be no address listed on their website but the number listed is 800-418-9320 and the site lists hours of 9 am - 6 pm CST. They will also be getting a call, and i have already complained via their website. Since I have never been on their website, how did they get my credit card number? I smell a stinky linkup between these three companies...

I will be contacting my credit card company about these charges and have them initiate their own investigation into these companies. If I need to I will also contact my state attorney general and my representative in Annapolis and Washington DC...
