On the back of the letter show donors such as Wendy, WalMart, Western Union, Office Depot, Fedex and many more. They claim it is a grant not a loan. Total on the check statement does not match if you subtract if from the total Grant. It is signed by Mark Bloomberg VP of Foreign Account Department.
